Via Dashboard¶

Go to dashboard.circuitkyc.com/billing
Click Upgrade Plan
Select your new plan
Complete payment

Downgrading¶

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Go to Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription
Click Change Plan
Select lower tier
Confirm downgrade

Rate Limit Impact

When downgrading, your rate limits will decrease immediately at the start of the next billing period. Ensure your application can handle lower limits.

Billing Cycle¶

Subscriptions are billed monthly
Billing date is the day you subscribed
Upgrades are prorated
Downgrades apply at next billing cycle

Cancellation¶

To cancel your subscription:

Go to Dashboard → Billing
Click Cancel Subscription
Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

Access continues until end of billing period
Rate limits drop to Sandbox levels
Existing credits remain usable
Data is retained for 30 days
